Ferndown 5k & 10k Charity Run

One of the most popular local events of the summer is the Ferndown 5k & 10k Charity Run.  The run is open to runners of all abilitities aged 16 years and over. 

To avoid potential obstacles caused by the ongoing works to create cycle paths on sections of the normal route, this year's route has now been revised.  Still starting and finishing at the King George V fields, the course now takes runners on an entirely off-road course around KGV fields and Ferndown Common. The course has been devised with huge support from the Race Adjudicator, Chris Potter, who has walked and measured the courses to ensure that both the 5k and 10k distances are accurate.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT ON 31st May.

The standard entry fee is now only £15, or £12 for UKA-affiliated runners. UKA registration number will be required on entry.
