Charity Golf Day 2023

You are invited to enter our 2023 Charity Golf Day. 

The beneficiaries this year will be the Forest Holme Hospice Charity and Dorset Cancer Care Foundation. Forest Holme supports people with cancer and other life limiting illnesses. They are supported in a variety of settings such as their own home, nursing home, in hospital or in the Hospice itself. The Dorset Cancer Care Foundation exists to provide financial assistance to Dorset residents affected by cancer and their families and to help with treatment and recovery. They are both excellent local charities who are fully deserving of our support.

In addition to what we hope will be an enjoyable round of golf there will be a coffee or a tea together with a bacon roll on arrival, free refreshments at the halfway house, a meal at the end of the round and the chance to win some great individual and team prizes.

The event is Stableford, teams of four, with the two best scores counting at each hole.  Cost for the day remains at £200 per team, tee times are available from 9-30 am to 1-00 pm. We are running a prize draw again this year. Should you wish to enter, for an additional £5 per player, each member of the team will be entered into the draw. Details are shown on the entry form attached.

The Hendy Group will again be sponsoring the event and we are extremely grateful to them for their continued support. Over the last 23 years our Golf Day has raised in excess of £125,000 for deserving causes and this would simply not have been possible without their involvement every single year since the beginning.
